Issuing VISA Requirements

To apply for a recruitment VISA please follow the next steps:

• Visit Musaned Website at www.musaned.com.sa

Register

Your ID number will be authenticated through (Absher) services of the Ministry of Interior. Make sure to be registered at Absher services. For more details, you can visit Absher services at

www.moi.gov.sa

• Fill the personal information form
  • National ID number or Iqama number
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Mobile number
  • City name

After registration you will receive a text message on your mobile phone containing the activation code. Enter “the activation code” to register an account for Musaned.

• Fill the personal information form
  • Password: Choose a password that contains letters, numbers, and symbols
  • Confirm Password: Re-enter the password selected
  • Mobile number: The registered mobile number in Abshar
  • E-mail: for verification

After registration you will receive a link on your E-mail containing the activation link. Click on “the activation link” to login and access your account

Login

• Now you are logged in the system of VISA issuance for domestic workers
• Press on “Domestic workers VISA services” button
• Press on “Visa Application” button
• Check Availability
  • Have you paid for the VISA? (2000 SR)
  • Are you registered in General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI)?
  • Employment status: For the evidence of financial ability.
  • Type of financial proof: Salary statement from private or government sector, or bank statement, according to the number of visas allowed.
• VISA Information
  • Profession: Choose the occupation for the domestic worker.
  • Nationality: Select the nationality of the domestic worker.
  • Destination: Select the destination by country.
• Proof of Financial Ability
  • Salary Statement: Enter the value of monthly salary from the private or government sector.
  • Bank Certificate: Enter the value of the monthly account average from the bank certificate.
• Upload Documents and Attachements
  • Proof of financial ability
  • Copy of family identity or national ID
• Approve the pledge and acknowledgement of Privacy Policy and terms and conditions.
• Issuing the invoice for VISA fees by (SADAD) and payment of the amount within one day to Send Request.

The application status will be notified within one working day via mobile and e-mail
